1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your browser or device when you visit. They are widely used to make websites work properly, to remember your preferences, and to provide information to website operators about how their sites are being used.
Cookies do not contain executable code and cannot access other information stored on your device. They are read only by the website that set them (or, in the case of third-party cookies, by the third party that set them).
2. Cookies We Use
2.1 Essential Cookies
These cookies are necessary for the website to function and cannot be switched off. They include cookies that record your cookie consent preference and support basic site security. Without these cookies, the website cannot operate properly.
- cookieConsent — stores your cookie preference (localStorage). Duration: persistent until cleared.
2.2 Analytics Cookies
These cookies help us understand how visitors interact with the website by collecting information about pages visited and the duration of visits. The data is aggregated and does not identify individual users.
- Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _gid) — Duration: up to 2 years.
2.3 Marketing Cookies
These cookies may be used to track the effectiveness of enquiry sources and to support advertising measurement. They do not enable us to target you with advertising on other websites.
- Conversion tracking pixels (Google Ads, Meta) — Duration: up to 90 days.
2.4 Preference Cookies
These cookies remember settings or choices you have made on the website, such as language or display preferences, to improve your next visit.
- User preference cookies — Duration: up to 1 year.
3. Third-Party Cookies
Where you have consented to analytics or marketing cookies, third-party services may set cookies on our website. These include:
- Google Analytics — website usage analysis. Privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy
- Google Ads — conversion tracking for enquiries submitted through the website.
- Meta (Facebook) — conversion tracking pixel, used only where the relevant tracking ID is configured.
We do not control third-party cookies. Please refer to the relevant third party's privacy policy for details of how they handle data collected through those cookies.
4. Cookie Duration
- Session cookies are deleted automatically when you close your browser.
- Persistent cookies remain on your device for a defined period or until you delete them. Durations are set out in Section 2 above.
5. Your Cookie Preferences
